I looked on my mineral bottle, the one I use to add minerals to my water when
I make coffee, tea, or drink it. It lists magnesium first, and has only very
little calcium. I have to limit my calcium intake because I get breast lumps
and bone deposits, and I always worry about kidney stones. I've only started
getting those things since we moved here and began drinking the very soft
water with no minerals. Since adding the drops, I have not noticed any new
deposits. I suspect the little old dog I mentioned earlier had kidney stones,
because she would get blood in her urine until I added the drops to her
drinking water. (I know it was blood in urine, and not just her bleeding
because she was in heat).

Taking calcium by itself will only cause the extra calcium to wind up places
you don't want it like stones of calcium deposits.  Our bodies can't use
calcium by itself.  It needs magnesium as a co-enzyme to put it into a
useable form.  Vitamin D is also used in a later step.  Magnesium deficiency
is the most common cause for arterial damage also.  People who drink very
soft water or do not eat enough veggies (or eat only store veggies that are
grown in depleted soils that have been re-fertilized with chemical
fertilizer) often have magnesium deficiencies.
