Don't know why, but I did not know that. Thanks for the tip. Lots of green
'uns on the vine. I LOVE fried green tomatoes. My farmer's wife Grandma
(from southern IN) used to make fried eggplant and fried green tomatoes when
I was a kid, been hooked ever since.
