Pork fat does rule, and I'm not just quoting Emeril.
Without it, I couldn't whip up a proper batch of tortilla dough, or make the
chicharrones that nestle within.
And nothing beats it when the cast iron stuff needs reseasoning.
I keep a lot of my sewing and embroidery stuff (organized 'by project') in
cleaned-out FJ lard buckets. They stack.
