I think I might pour some iodine in my belly button and let it sit a few minutes. You can practice balancing a mug on your belly. Iodine is hard on the skin and maybe between the original tick bite and the iodine, the skin might slough off enough to loosen the tick head. Also, it will kill anything the alcohol didn't. Anyway, loosen it up and maybe trying swishing it out with a cotton bud?
