The shoulder pads during the Dallas/Linda Evans days were HUGE and women "in style" had shoulders that just about wouldn't go through a doorway. I never liked the things but you could find a blouse or jacket without them. I've found a multitude of uses for them since I cut them out of clothes by the dozens!

shoulder pad is. I have several blazers and shirts with shoulder
pads...so this is a bad thing now? Even for someone big like me who
really looks better with shoulder pads? <Bev ponders>
