Errands are all right, allow me to get out of the
house, what I don't like is driving. Sometimes have to
go to Columbia Mo. for things we can't get here.
That 60 mile round trip tires me as much as a day's
hard work.

Now you sound like wonder woman number 2. Before
she was famous we used to listen to Lynda Carter sing
with a group in a cocktail lounge in Phx. Gene... do
you remember Del Webb's Townhouse?

Nothing wrong with being a tenor. Last church choir
I was in had a couple of female tenors. They were
good. Wish we could have you with us when we try to
have a choir. We really could use a tenor.

We have an album "Sax After Midnight" still packed
away from move but I bet you could find it under that
name, on line. Some would call it "cocktail lounge
jazz" which I don't consider a put down at all.
You might like Jerry Mulligan, considered one of the
jazz greats, played a very smooth baritone sax.
Another jazz great was Lester Young. prominent in the
30s I believe, very melodic. Paul Desmond that played
with Dave Brubeck and on his own in my humble opinion
may have been the best. Duke Ellington had several
great saxophonists, All of his music was good.

My wife has many health problems. COPD as a child
kept her from considering a career on Broadway which
she otherwise had to voice for.
Her main problem is severe arthritis. Even when she
can manage to sit up by herself she can't lift her
legs to lay back down again.
Taking care of her doesn't take a huge amount of
time or hard work but it is ongoing. I can go a
couple hours. Get a coffee break but never a day off.
My dad's philosophy was to be content with whatever
your lot is. I'm glad he taught me well, as I have
also learned to be content. mostly.

Thanx for your concern
