Gene,
I can sympathize. The pevious owner of my land lives right behind me and
still thinks he owns it. He has no problem bulldozing my trees or griping
about the road he uses but I own. We are almost down to lawyers. He makes
living here miserable.
I would highly recommend that you talk to the neighbors and then to
curmudgeons at the coffee shop and then Google like crazy and even then be
highly suspect.
Of course, it may just be an Arkansas thing.
