We now know that food grown with an abundance of chemical N, P, and K is nutritionally incomplete compared with food grown on composted soil. If you were to offer food that was grown on healthy humus-rich composted soil (and therefore needed no pesticides), what would you call it?
I would call it worth eating.
Happy to see you are now a believer.
The goal should be honest labels that tell the nutritional content of things good for our bodies and the residue content of things not good for our bodies. Both can be determined. Then let the consumer decide.
