But, TVO, since PVC can deform under pressure at 140 degrees, what if I
immersed the bits of pipe in boiling water and then form them over the cone?
I don't know what you're going to use for the cone, but if it stands upright and can handle boiling you might try putting it in the pot with the boiling water.
