How do you all deal with spam?
Changing ISP's is a headache that causes addresses to be lost and it also time consuming to switch over.
I now use Mozilla Thunderbird, it comes with a junk mail filter that trains itself to recognize junk mail. You have to manually filter the junk from the start but over time it starts to recognize junk, i.e. certain repeated words (viagra, etc.). It filters 25-50% of the junk on any given day so I am manually filtering the rest. It is a pain but I rely on email. Lenders prefer to communicate via email, so I routinely receive condition sheets regarding loans and now receive all rate sheets via email from my efax account.
