For us Luddites:
crosscut saw(s) with setting jig and raker guage and file
scythe with peening jig or peening hammer (or both)
bowsaw with vibration hardened teeth - both peg toothed and raker toothed
bicycle wheeled cart such as a Vermont Cart
three sheet metal shears - right, left, and straight
T-post banging device
-------------------------
Not strictly tools as per this thread but:
Butter churn especially an antique Diasy Churn
Corn sheller
Gristmill - especially a Black Hawk
A 'Corona' mill for masa
Heavy, heavy cleaver for butchering as well as an actual butcher knife.
Meat saw (the type that looks like a hacksaw).
A method of doing bulk dehydration.
