I doubt there's a central database for this sort of info. What you
should do, IMO, if you want to copy and paste, is provide quotes and
an attribution for the source. If it's on a web site, you can
always email the contact and request permission - most sites have
some sort of contact email link. If it's only instructions for one
seed, then you could just quote and attribute. If you're trying to
lift an entire site's seed germination database, that's another
story:-)
