I should have been more precise. If you control your transactions via
SQL with BEGIN TRAN & COMMIT, no problem. They supersede the Autocommit
setting, and DBI/DBD::Sybase don't attempt to interpret the SQL. So
that works.

Trying to control transactions via ct_options(), as t/exec.t does, fails
with FreeTDS.

I fetched these and started to look at some diffs. I'll get back to
