Thanks for the suggestion. It is a start, but make test still fails every
test. The PWD file now contains entries for my login name, password, the
server entry name from /usr/local/freetds/interfaces, and the database name.
I doubt that it would make any difference, but I am running configure with
the -with-tdsver=4.2 parameter, and the database I am using in interfaces is
an MS-SQL server.
I did not notice anything in the install file or documentation for editing
the PWD, so that would be a good note for the implementers/maintainers. Any
other ideas to get these tests working would be greatly appreciated.
