Interesting. So not even a primo location within a walk of $25,000 of
North Carolina wealthiest 20 year olds and millions spent on FREE
buses can save downtown businesses from competition in the suburbs.
Now we are paying musicians to perform free shows to beg people to
shop downtown...and this in one of the most transit-friendly
populations in the United States. Looks like a perfect time to spend
over a billion dollars on a rail transit system (that will serve half
of a percent of the population)
