Hepler is right. Save the Big House. Never has the saying been more
true: you don't know what you have until it's (almost) gone.

900 for the big house is insane. Insanely inexpensive. Four people can
live there comfortably. You should be young and not mind mold. Where
the
fuck are the Trekky kids? Keep the house alive! You won't regret it.
The
legacy of the big house must not end like this.
