The issue is that she wants to lump regular nightclubs
in with strip clubs and adult bookstores for
regulation purposes. So any private club, and thanks
to NC regulations that means any place that serves
liquor and is not a restaurant, gets treated as if
it's a strip club. The vast majority of them aren't.
Caleb's message wasn't about strip clubs, it was about
bars full of people wearing lots and lots of clothes.
