Well, I was working a street fair in Thomasville Saturday. Both parties
had booths there handing out yard signs etc. Out of about 70000 attendees,
10 had Kerry/Edwards signs and the most of the rest were carrying
Shrub/Cheney signs.
And from the sales numbers I would say this was an economically depressed
area - you'd think Kerry would have some support there.
That is the most frightening thing I've ever heard...
Hey! Show your support for John Kerry/John Edwards by venturing out to
Raleigh on October 1 for KERRYPALOOZA at Slim's at 227 S.Wilmington St.,
Downtown. Folks will be there to rock the vote with music by She-Mamas,
Viva la Venus, the-nerve, The Corey Parker Band and more! Show starts at
6:00 PM and will go on till late. For more details, call 522-0691 or visit

You are correct.
And thanks for looking at state by state polls instead
of these hideous national polls.

Depends on GOTV on the corridor. Strong turnout in
Durham and Orange County can swing the state. It's all
about turnout.

He's most recently been in the mountain counties with
hurricane damage.
