HTML 4.0's <link> tag has made RSS extremely easy to use. However, Creative
Commons makes no use of it, preferring instead either an anchor somewhere on
the page to the license, or RDF data in a comment. Shouldn't we support a
<link rel="copyright"> linking to the proper license page? It seems like a
more standardized and safe way of noting CC licensing than the two formats we
currently use.
