I wonder whether the difficulty may be in trying to express too much in one
very short term. Noncommercial has suffered because it means so many things
to so many people, and not a lot to many folks for whom it is confusing in
the first place. Of course, we are all looking at this with different
objectives in mind - which is also an issue.
