I can't resist giving a plug to an earlier project I was working on about this area. It is a wiki of personality rights (rights of publicity plus others). It is a project of the AHRC Research Centre for Studies in IP and Technology law at the University of Edinburgh.

Personality Rights Database

It has links to many US cases, as well as the opportunity to build out the law state-by-state.
