I suspect you just need to get each author to agree to license their blog contributions under <http://creativecommons.org/licences/by-nc/2.0/>. Each individual posting would still be owned by the individual contributors. If you want the organization running the blog to be able to license content directly to the public I suspect you'd need to obtain more liberal agreements from the contributors that allow you to do this.
