Yeah, but CC are the most used copyright licenses... Still, we could add "under these simple terms" to be clear.

nothing wrong with a little pride :)   to some extent this is a clash of
donation cultures probably

This is also what Maarten hints at, right? IMHO it also gives a bit much
the impression that CC's were the only simple terms ever created.

here also, is it really thanks to CC that the content is availabe
(probably not) under simple terms (one can also use other public licenses)?
