to revive iCommons alias CC Europe as a legal entity just for this might
be a bit odd. The way to go could be to join as CC HQ represented by
Gwen & me as the European contractors who are based in Europe. If that
doesn't work, something with the European CC Leads as a "consortium"
could, EU is all about such structures. Just ideas ...
