Hi Teresa!

I called our contact point briefly just to inquire and their take is
the same as yours; travel costs of network participants should be
eligible costs for the project to the extent that those trips are for
meetings arising from the implementation of the eligible activities.

Regarding which body could be suitable to apply for such a grant, I
agree with Diane that iCommons could be suitable for this. I have a
discussion with CC HQ to figure out how this could work, but we should
not let that deter us from working on this submission!
