Dear all,
One thing I forgot to mention in my first email - what we need to know is how long CC HQ is willing to consult the project - can they wait for us until autumn?
I think that a workshop format is a lot more useful than just a presentation at a conference - it gives a chance to talk through matters in a meaningful way. I've recently participated in a mini-workshop on CS issues that Paul organized in Amsterdam and it was a great experience - by mixing presentations with discussions on them.
cheers,
Alek
