Good, the rest is easy.

One way is to edit /etc/inittab, but there is a
better method below.

If you look at sh, you will see that it is a
symlink to busybox. Simply delete sh and create
a new symlink to bash:
-------------------------------
cd /bin ; rm sh ; ln -s bash sh
-------------------------------
