I should have mentioned that the PC I need this for is a laptop with a dead
hard drive. There is a winmodem built into the motherboard but its beyond me
to get this modem to work with linux. I tried to load and run MS XP as a
guest in qemu with linux as host but it keeps failing because it can't find a
hard drive.
