Agreed. But at this stage I suspect the company may have closed.
OTOH, I could be wrong. I'm chasing up some other leads to the company.

I have ordered a discounted new copy of the book from amazon.com.
Postage at Standard International Shipping rate was US$11.98, about
Aus$15.50.
