What's interesting is that the hash of the zip file that I downloaded
matched. So loadlin.exe may have been corrupted by the unzip tool. I
don't recall which tool I used.

Although I no longer need loadlin (since I have a dedicated partition
for BL3), I downloaded just the executable from some other site,
gunzip'd it just as a test, and it works.
