Does anyone else have BL3/Opear working with Gmail?

Yes, I do. Gmail works fine with the BL3 Opera,
but it doesn't work with my Firefox (Phoenix 0.5).

We used 2 16MB DIMMs temporarily and have to pick up some 32MBs and I will try again, and I also added a swapfile. Gmail must be a memory hog.

Is Phoenix 0.5 older than Opera 6.03?

BTW, you can configure Gmail to work with an ordinary
mail client (POP3, SMTP). Then you can use Gmail on
an old, slow computer by running Sylpheed (or other
lightweight mail client).

First I need to activate the account via webmail, maybe on another computer with lots more RAM or at the library. Does the Opera mail client work with Gmail?

Cheers,
Steven
