As I suggested before, it helps to read the archive of
this discussion group.
BTW, the 2mb file you sent to us did not get through.
It was truncated. There is a 50kb limit.
As far as your problem goes, it appears that you made a
mistake when you tried to increase the size of the loop
file. The kernel panic is probably occuring because the
kernel cannot find a valid root filesystem (which comes
from initfs.gz and fs.img).
My suggestion is to use the original fs.img (20mb).
If you need more space, install BL3 to its own HD partition.
That is easier than trying to increase the size of fs.img.
