Yes, but it seems limited in the number of newsgroups. I suscribe to
agent news server and I can't seem to get the whole list to download.
I am also just practicing the process of installing programs and
seeing how they are activated etc. I am so accustomed to windows and
it's user friendliness (i.e. download program, install disk in cd
reader, execute start>run>browse>identify file/program>ok>run and
wallah it's installed and identified on the desktop or in the
programs listing) that I find it challenging to learn linux
particularly without a desktop like kde. I guess I'm a masocist(sp?.
