You can either install the whole system, which is complicated, or use
the rpm2tgz package which others have suggested.

The whole rpm system requires you to register all the libraries you've
installed if you want to use packages which depend on them. Very
complicated. rpm2tgz is much easier. Just run it and then use pkg on the
resulting tarball.

www.rpm.org for the full-blown tool, rpm2tgz you can get from your favorite
Slackware mirror.

rpm2tgz and then tar or pkg is the way.
