Yes, Czech is a quite easy language. English and Russian are
terrible ;-)

Have a look at both test files. I doubled consonants and did all
kinds of changes until it started to sound like Czech numbers.

I saw another text-to-sound software project on the web, I think it
was called "speakup". But it involves compiling kernel...
