First you need an empty partition on your HD. Do you have one?
If not, there are DOS/Windows tools for stealing space to make
a new partition.
Second you need to designate that partition as "Linux native"
(using the Linux version of fdisk) and put an ext2 filesystem
on that partition (using mke2fs). BL3 includes both fdisk
and mke2fs.
Third, mount your new Linux partition on /hd and execute
install-to-hd.
