e3 was standard on BL1 (ramdisk). Since it has no
library dependencies, it also works on BL2 (or any
other Linux running on i386).

Echo will be a separate command in BL3.

I'm happy leaving 0.32 there for the time being, in case your
version fails to work for some people.

I'm fixing it now. It should be OK by the time you get this
message. Let me know if there are any problems.

No new version for BL1. BL1 (and now BL2) are dormant. All
of my effort is going into BL3.
