The browser I normaly use is lynx and I set that up to view pdf files with
pdftotext but I will try out the xpdf version too. That might be a handier
way to view pdf files that people send me for translating, instead of
console ghostscript (which won't display at more than vga resolution
except for trident, tseng, and ati cards). I was thinking of using
pdftops and then XV to view the ps, since it can zoom and rotate (and
people tend to scan things sideways). Can xpdf zoom and rotate?

Too many new toys.
