Disrpm should work with rpm version number <= 3 or >3. If I am not wrong
version <= 3 is used by Redhat, version > 3 is used by Suse and PLD.
Alternatively,
search for a package with a name "mc-menu" in Google. This contains binaries
for extract files from rpm(<=3) and deb packages.
