I got what you describe when I installed BL2-x.gz first. Try reinstalling
it. Or look in /var/log/packages at the bl2-x package and see what is
listed there and whether what is listed there is actually installed. In
my case it was not - I was missing a lot of files.

There is supposed to be a penguin. Steven solved the mystery of the
missing penguin when someone else was missing it too.

On the subject of window managers, someone at my bbs asks what programs
require a window manager in order to crash less. I listed flwriter. What
else?
