You will need to add packages from Slackware 7.1
(and perhaps a different kernel). There are HOWTOs
on this topic in /docs/Linux-HOWTO. All the major
languages have their own HOWTO (eg. German-HOWTO,
Spanish-HOWTO, Franophones-HOWTO, Chinese-HOWTO).
However, the easiest way to get foreign language support
may be to use BL1. Chris has put foreign language support
into BL1 and he probably will be able to steer you in the
right direction.
