In this connection, I expect you to mention the hoplites 2 Sam 8:18,
15:18, 20:7, 23, 1 Kings 1:38, 44, 2 Kings 19:7, 1 Chron 18:17. This
word is never used without the Heh. This appears to be a loan word
from another language, I had assumed it was from Philistine, but if
you want to claim Greek sourceā€¦
