Seems to me: XATAT (חטאת) = XAT-AT (חטא-את).
Similarly: MALKAT (מלכת) = MALK-AT (מלך-את), *KANARIYT (כנרית) = KANAR-HIY)-AT (כנר-היא-את), etc.
