Sabatino Moscati also has a book that deals
with the same area, but can't recall the name of it "comparative grammar of
Semitic languages", or something like that.

Right. It is "An Introduction to the Comparative Grammar of the Semitic Languages: Phonology and Morphology," by Sabatino Moscati, Anton Spitaler, Edward Ullendorff, and Wolfram von Soden, edited by Sabatino Moscati.
