No, your logic is inverted, your "and so" should be "since". The true logic here is:
Datum 1) 1 Kings 13 names Josiah
Datum 2) Predictions are impossible
Consequence 3) 1 Kings 13 was written during or after the time of Josiah
But Karl and I do not accept datum 2), and therefore not consequence 3).
