Jonathan D. Safren responded:

> The Rabbis did call it Nehemiah. See Bavli Bava Bathra 15a.

Both the source you mention and Bavli Sanhedrin 93b call the book "Ezra",
although both sources indicate that Nehemiah wrote most of it.
