Enuma Elish: polytheistic
Genesis: monotheistic

Enuma Elish: gods and goddesses (gendered)
Genesis: one God (either male, or ungendered with male manifestations)

Enuma Elish: the universe came into existence as the result of a chaotic
war among the gods - an unintended byproduct.
Genesis: the world was pre-planned and intended and created in an orderly
and thoughtful fashion - the result of God's will

Enuma Elish: the gods used pre-existing matter to make the universe
Genesis: ex nihilo

Enuma Elish: the matter from which the universe was made was evil
Genesis: "it was good"

Enuma Elish: the gods created humanity as an afterthought to do their
dirty work for them.
Genesis: humans created "in God's image" and as the culmination of
creation

Enuma Elish: after the Gods made humanity, they showed little interest
in, or concern for, humanity
Genesis: God speaks with Adam, finds a wife for him, and even after the
Fall provides for humans

Enuma Elish: the heavenly bodies - stars - are deities to be worshipped
Genesis: stars and planets are merely creations, not creators, and were
made "for the sake of" giving light to the earth
