I think Bucky is dead wrong's out our politicians and a much more murderous, tyrannical crowd would replace them quickly.

I'm not sure that Fuller said to be leaderless but rather develop structures that inherently work for the success of all rather than the success of the few. During his time and ours political and corporate "leaders" are not all that interested in success of all people and more than willing to cause the detriment to many. I agree that hierarchies naturally exist. And what is important is not so much the hierarchies but rather the communication between the levels of the hierarchies (this thought goes back to theoretical biology of the late 60's and early 70's)
