Go with the biggest Excalibur there is. I got one a few years ago for around $250 and love it. It holds about 5x more than any other dehydrator i have used and does an excellent job of drying whatever food you need to dehydrate. I also have a small Excalibur that works okay but blows it's fuse a lot (but they are cheap and available at Radio Shack) plus a couple of cheapo American harvester knock offs that work okay.

Vermont...where the temperatures are cooler and I thought we were going to
have a frost last Thursday, but didn't. Looks like fall is around the
corner.
