I had a big bowl of salade niçoise yesterday night. It was delicious!

Niçoise is a good recipe for CSA shareholders as it call for a wide
range of vegetable, which all happen to be in season in July/August
(bean, potato, tomato, etc). The only ingredient that might be a bit
hard to come by at this time of the year would be lettuce, but it can be
left off.
